Louise Moore was thrilled to be appearing on The Great Cookbook Challenge as a judge. Commenting on this term, she revealed that she has been compiling cookbooks for more than 20 years. Therefore, she said, she knows the dedication, skill and intuition required to create recipes that people want to buy and try at home.
She also paints a picture of how hard it is to break into publishing.
