Kathryn Frias has been Rob Font’s girlfriend since at least late 2012. And every year since then, October 18 marks their anniversary. And in those moments, the two have praised each other, especially on Instagram. Kathryn calls him her best friend, her handsome guy, and the like. Rob was also very grateful for her support in an MMA Fighting interview. He exclaimed how lucky he was to have a girlfriend who could take care of the day-to-day bills and day-to-day finances so he could get through an 18-month layoff. He described in 2016 that Kathryn had been taking care of him financially since 2010.

According to LinkedIn, he began teaching Spanish full-time at Catholic Memorial School in September 2020.
