Meet Robert Beer, Father of Madison Beer
Robert Beer has daughter Madison Beer with ex-wife Tracie in Jericho, NY. It’s unclear how long the former couple was married, but they divorced when Madison was just 7 years old.
According to Robert, the divorce took place peacefully because they agreed to co-parent their two children. His wife Lyndsey was born in November 1985 to parents Bob and Mary Mayer. She graduated from the University of Delaware in 2007 and went on to work as an office manager at Nina/Delman Shoes. The next year, she joined Item Showroom as an executive assistant and left nearly two years later as president.
In June 2010, she returned to her role as executive assistant at RB Shore Development and left the company as president five years later. She then went on to work for Gary Wood Associates and Kaufmann de Suisse before landing a job at Wetherly (where she has worked since 2023).

Robert Beer has been building houses all his life. He first started working in construction for his family’s company, Birchwood Development, which has been building homes for more than half a century.
The family-owned company was founded in 1946 and has built tens of thousands of homes across Long Island. In 2007, Birchwood was then sold to Kimco and Robert was finally able to found BuildBybeer on his own.
Since then, his company has built dozens of new homes along with several commercial renovations. “Built By Beer is truly the “Master Builder” of today. We have been producing the most elegant and well-built residences on the East End and Gold Coast of Long Island,” they wrote.
They provide services such as Accessory Dwellings (ADUs), Custom Homes, Foundation Construction, General Contracting, Home Additions, etc. and serve the surrounding areas of Garden City, Hempstead, Hicksville, Syosset , Great Neck, Jericho, Muttontown, New Hyde Park, Westbury , Brookville, Roslyn and Kings Point.
In 2020, his company also featured in a project in George To Rescue. In the episodes, Robert is seen banging on the wall when he notices his client cannot even bring his wheelchair into the bathroom.
