“I always wanted a beach wedding. Fort Lauderdale has great weather and great beaches,” she said.

The newlyweds traveled to Iceland for a two-week honeymoon before flying to East Africa’s Uganda and Rwanda. The couple traveled around Iceland for several days.

“We are big Game of Thrones fans so we visited some of the locations where the show is filmed. We went glacier hiking in Vatnajökull National Park, one of Europe’s largest glaciers, and went inside the naturally formed Blue Ice Cave. It’s magical,” Sarah said.

The couple then flew to Uganda, where Forgany announced that they would fulfill their lifelong goal of seeing the endangered Mountain Gorillas in the wild. Only three countries allow it. The newlyweds’ adventures continue.

Sarah told the outlet that the pain was terrible, but it was the most powerful and sacred thing she had ever experienced. “One time I saw her and hugged her and it was all worth it. I cried and thought to myself, ‘I can’t believe I waited all these years to have her.'”

The San Antonio TV host and her husband welcomed daughter Bella at 2:30 p.m., weighing 6 and a half pounds and measuring 18 and a half inches long.

Sarah also discussed the challenges of motherhood. “I think the most challenging thing about being a new mom is that I never knew I had so many fears,” she said. “It’s always something. Has she pooped enough? Is she breathing okay? Is she moving okay? Am I pumping enough milk? Why doesn’t she eat enough?”
