The actor has had a complicated love life. He met Swedish art director Lotti Haeger while she was studying Film and Television Directing and Production, and married her just a few months later. He then got a job in Colombia, so they settled in the country on the condition that they would return to London after their first project.
However, when offers for the actor began to pour in, the couple decided to stay in Bogotá. Lotti was not happy with this. So they ended their marriage amicably after having two children — Sebastián, a public relations professional, and Christina, a doctor.
In 1993, Victor found love with actress Angie Cepeda, but the relationship did not last long.
But by 1996, the actor was once again on stage with Kathy Saénz, who was 16 years his junior. It seems the two met while Victor was directing the TV series La maldición del paraíso, but things didn’t work out between them as Victor was still with Angie at the time.
