The actor indeed has a complicated love life. He met Swedish art director Lotti Haeger while she was studying Film and Television Directing and Production, and married her just a few months later. He then got a job in Colombia, so they settled in the country on the condition that they would return to London after the first project.
However, when offers for the actor began to flood in, the duo ended up staying in Bogotá. Lotti is not satisfied with this. So they ended their marriage amicably after having two children – Sebastián, a journalist, and Christina, a doctor.
In 1993, Victor found love with actress Angie Cepeda but the love was short-lived.
But in 1996, the actor once again stepped up to the altar with Kathy Saénz, who was 16 years younger. It seems that the two met when Victor was directing the telenovela La maldición del paraíso, but things didn’t work out between them because Victor was still with Angie at the time.
