Journalist Simon Thompson was amazed by the film’s breathtaking spectacle.

DiversityJazz’s Jazz Tangcay also praised the film and its two main actors.

Kristin Chenoweth, who originally played Glinda in the Broadway version, shared her praise for the film.
“Oh my God, I just watched the movie and I’m about to die. I’m dead; I’m really dead. I’m not here,” she said.
The 2025 Oscars are scheduled to take place on March 2, and it will come as no surprise that Grande is nominated since the Supporting Actress category has long been a welcoming home for musical performances. music.
Some other notable past nominations include Catherine Zeta-Jones’ win for “Chicago” and Meryl Streep’s nomination for “Into the Woods.”
