Young Thug is at the center of a media storm after calls for him to go to prison in 2022 were leaked, sparking speculation about the male rapper’s romantic relationship.
The audio replay shows Thug telling Instagram model Leena Sayed to “move on” and “find love” with another man – despite his relationship with singer Mariah The Scientist on moment – has since gone viral again online.
The leak not only caused a stir because of its content, but also because it shed light on some of the complexities of Thug’s personal life.
In the video, a tearful Sayed is comforted by Thug, who always sought to comfort her during a difficult time.
This was brought to public light because of Mariah’s continuing relationship with the rapper and those looking into the story had a field day speculating how things must have played out between everyone.
Besides the first phone call, another leaked phone call shows Thug saying he talks to up to 10 women a week “just to kill time.”
He said he was worried about Mariah, saying he didn’t want to hurt her feelings because he thought she “loved him too much.”
The admission has sparked a lot of speculation surrounding Thug’s devotion and motives in their current relationship.
Mariah The Scientist hasn’t said much publicly about the situation, but Young Thug took to social media on Christmas Day to post his response to the matter.

On Christmas Eve, Thug went online and apologized to Mariah.

Young Thug also took the opportunity to clarify his stance on Sayed amid the information leaks.
He denied any romantic connection, arguing in a series of candid social media posts that his conversations with Sayed involved unrelated topics.
“I don’t know why she talks about loving someone else or anything else because I don’t care about being without him or her,” he wrote while affirming his devotion with way of declaring, “I got the one I wanted.”

She emphasized that their conversation took place before she met her child’s father, boxer Devin Haney, saying, “I will never talk to Thug or any other man .”
But the jail call complicates things, as Sayed tells Thug, “I only want you, I don’t like anyone else.”
