Early life

Zandi Nhlapo was born on the 24th day of December 1975 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

She had a difficult upbringing and had to walk long distances to study dance as a member of the dance group The Whiz Kids.

Career

Zandi Nhlapo started her career as a dancer in the dance group The Whiz Kids. She performed with troupes and had to walk several miles from home to rehearsals as a child.

Her television career began when she was 17 years old in 1993. She was part of the game show TRIO on CCTV. She then went on to host several South African shows such as Man 2 Man, Midday Breeze, Eastern Mosaic, Continuity and Cooking Gospel on E-TV.

She is a famous South African model, one of the first and best models in the modeling industry. She has appeared on the front pages of some of South Africa’s leading magazines such as Y Mag and True Love. She has also participated in several beauty pageants and won most of them, including Miss 707, Miss Sunset, Miss Orlando Pirates, just to name a few.

She started a children-themed hair salon inspired by her grandchildren. She believes that most of the discussions that take place in adult hair salons are not good for children as one of the main reasons for opening children’s hair salons.

The salon is called Mini You Mini Me. She founded the salon in 2017 and it has an area where children can play while waiting for their turn.

As a businessman and businesswoman, she founded the marketing and communications industry, Liquid Image Consulting. The company started as an event management agency before becoming a full-fledged marketing agency.
