Sean Diddy Combs is the target of a new lawsuit, this time from a former employee who alleges that as his executive assistant, he was ordered to host illegal sex parties law and drug use.
Filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, a lawsuit by Phillip Pines alleges Combs used a private room for what he called “Wild King Nights” with drugs and sex toys available.
Pines, who worked for Combs from December 2019 to December 2021, said he was responsible for making sure these parties had all the party supplies and then cleaning up .
In the 32-page complaint, Pines claimed that he was expected to supply drugs, such as morning-after pills and erectile dysfunction medications, as well as clean up party scenes with how to dispose of body fluids and used items.

Forced to prove loyalty
The former employee claimed that he was forced to perform sexual acts to prove his loyalty to Diddy.
Pines said he was treated “like an animal at play,” which allegedly created a disturbing power dynamic where an employee had to commit demeaning acts to keep get their job.
Set up drug parties
Pines claimed he was responsible for planning elaborate events that included the use of heavy drugs, alcohol and sexual paraphernalia.
He said, “I was instructed many times by Shawn Colmes to make sure his private bedroom…was equipped with red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana, honey packets to stimulate male desire , baby oil, Astroglide and illegal drugs.”
It is said to emphasize the callous attitude towards rules and regulations in these interactions.
Witnessing a sex crime
Pines said that at those parties, he was forced to watch graphic sex acts. He claimed he was pressured into attacking Diddy and said, “I got involved because I was afraid of the consequences.”
This is said to highlight the humiliating nature of these events as well as the psychological trauma behind them.
Eliminate disturbing evidence
After these parties, Pines was allegedly tasked with cleaning up the remains of the parties by disposing of drugs, cleaning up bodily fluids, and disposing of any sexual paraphernalia.
His duties include removing human stains such as blood, urine and liquids from any type of blankets and furniture.
This arguably further reinforced the illegal nature of these gatherings and added to the Pines’ emotional burden.
Threats and intimidation are unacceptable
According to the lawsuit, Pines was threatened by Diddy, who threatened to fire him and punish him if he did not follow instructions.
Pines said he was later warned that if any harmful materials were present, he would “never work in this industry again”.
This “culture of fear” is said to directly demonstrate that when in power, they are truly afraid of dissent, and in that case, they use power to hide what needs to be hidden.
There is no consent
In addition to not being a willing spectator, the allegations indicate that Pines was forced to perform sexual acts against his will.
He said he was forced into a situation where he had no choice but to have sex, saying: “I went along with this because I was scared.”
This raises some serious concerns about consent and control.
Incriminating video
The lawsuit states that Pines was forced to delete videos from Diddy’s devices that captured the parties and activities taking place.
He wrote that in order to complete this work, he “did not want to watch the video,” implying that he was repeatedly exposed to disturbing images.
The deletion of these videos is believed to be a deliberate attempt to cover one’s tracks and silence witnesses.
Partner participation
The lawsuit suggests that other individuals in Diddy’s orbit played roles in planning and running these parties.
It revealed a larger culture of complicity, with Pines claiming “the cleanup was not just me; it also involved others who helped maintain the facade.”
This is believed to reflect a common cycle of abuse.
Physical violence
The lawsuit also includes allegations of physical violence, such as kicking guests. According to Pines, Diddy kicked a guest at the party.
This behavior is said to have helped create an environment of terror, where he saw Diddy kick a guest at a party.
He described his feeling of insecurity and said: “You never know what’s going to happen next on these wild king nights.”
Diddy’s legal team described the claims as “false” and maintained that he never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.
They added that the truth will be revealed through the trial process and they believe Diddy will win at trial.
The lawsuit is just the latest trouble in an already tumultuous time for Diddy, who is facing more than 30 different civil claims in addition to federal sex trafficking and fraud charges.
