The event, which took place in Lagos over the weekend, saw Bobrisky walk away with the coveted title and a cash prize of N1 million. However, Amusa criticized the decision, saying it was a mockery of the women present at the event.

In a video message shared on his Instagram account, Amusa expressed his disagreement, saying: “I can’t imagine the judges being disrespectful to every woman present. You got to choose a winner, a best-dressed woman and a best-dressed man, and you empowered all the women at the event by awarding the best-dressed woman to a cross.”

She added, “If you feel like celebrating crossdressers, you should create their own category instead of disrespecting women by giving crossdressers the best dressed female award.”
