Page Six reports that Ben Affleck visited his wife, Jennifer Lopez, at their Beverly Hills, California mansion after reportedly moving out of the residence a few weeks ago.

According to insiders, Affleck drove his black Mercedes Benz away from the residence on June 9, 2024. The “Argo” actor reportedly stayed at the mansion for four hours, from 5pm to 9pm.

The rare visit comes weeks after the villa was put back on the market for potential buyers. TMZ reports that the power couple is seeking the help of Santiago Arana from The Agency to sell their lavish property.
The current asking price for Affleck and Lopez’s mansion is about $65 million, an increase of $5 million if they buy it for more than $60 million in 2023.

The Daily Mail reported that the mansion has also been listed on Zillow, a real estate marketplace where people can list their properties for sale. The home is still listed as sold, but the listing’s photos are being updated, the newspaper reported. Around 50 images are believed to have been uploaded to the property’s listing page.

The couple searched extensively for their marital home, surveying more than 80 properties before landing on the then lavish mansion.
Lopez and Affleck’s villa is located on a 43,000 square meter plot of land with 17 bedrooms, a garage for 15 cars and free parking for 80 cars. For sports enthusiasts, there is also an outdoor sports complex with basketball, handball, a gym and a boxing ring. The main building also faces an adjacent 10,000 square foot guest outhouse and a caretaker’s house.

Since the rumors and reports of their marital dispute, Affleck is said to have moved out of the residence. He is currently staying in a house in Brentwood, California, away from Lopez.
Meanwhile, Entertainment Tonight’s source revealed that the couple is “living separate lives” but “has not officially separated”.
“At this point, they are just doing their own thing,” a source shared with the outlet. “They go into their relationship very optimistically and think things can change, but they don’t.”
