Britney Spears and Sons Reconciling After Mother’s Day Phone Call: Report

Britney Spears and her two sons are ready to mend their rocky relationship. According to sources, a phone call last Mother’s Day initiated the reconciliation.

“Obviously mediation/agreement is somewhat complicated and can be a process that takes some time,” Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told Page Six. “And the phone call is a good sign and a step in the right direction, but it’s a process that takes more than just a phone call to complete.”

Additionally, Kaplan denied reports that Britney flew to Hawaii to see her sons, whom he shares with Federline.

Kaplan confirmed: “While Kevin is supportive of the boys having a relationship with their mother and is happy that the boys finally spoke to her on the phone around Mother’s Day, reports suggest that she flew to Hawaii and met them is incorrect.”

Britney and Federline share Sean Preston, 18, and Jayden James, 17, who currently live in Hawaii with their father.

The “Toxic” singer revealed in an Instagram post earlier this month that he had been texting with her two boys, sharing that she had sent them photos of her trip to Mexico with her brother. Miss, Bryan Spears.

“Looks pretty cool!!! I sent it to my kids and I think they were jealous because they said ‘it’s a filter… it’s not real’!!!” Britney captioned her Instagram post.
