A woman who used the stage name Omunique while working in adult entertainment has filed a criminal complaint against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of sex trafficking her.
The actress, whose real name is Adria English, filed a report with the Miami Beach Police Department last week, TMZ reported.
The move comes after she filed a $50 billion civil lawsuit against Combs just a month ago.
English alleges that after meeting Combs and his crew in 2004, she was forced to engage in sexual acts with attendees of so-called White Parties hosted by the Bad Boy Records mogul and faced threats of blackmail if she refused to comply.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by The US Sun, the 54-year-old rapper allegedly lured English into prostitution and forced her to have sex with watch designer Jacob Arabov. The lawsuit, which seeks $50 billion in damages, targets Diddy and his alleged accomplices.
According to TMZ, while speaking with Miami Beach police, English reiterated her various allegations against Diddy.
However, police concluded that there was insufficient evidence to proceed with an investigation into human trafficking or other crimes, law enforcement sources told the news agency. Miami Beach detectives, however, are said to have withheld the report and plan to share it with federal agencies conducting parallel investigations.
Her attorney Ariel Mitchell said in a statement to Us Weekly, “Ms. English is excited and cautiously optimistic about her journey to justice, which began with filing a civil lawsuit on July 3, 2024, and now filing a criminal complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department.”
“Ms. English hopes to file a supplemental criminal complaint in New York, but has not been able to do so because New York requires an individual to appear in person to file a criminal complaint,” the attorney continued.
Mitchell added that they “look forward to being able to pursue justice as quickly as possible with the support of others interested in standing with her against the injustice she and others faced at the hands of Mr. Combs.”
In her complaint, English said she worked at parties hosted by Diddy, where she was forced to drink drugged drinks and socialize with attendees.
She claimed she had nonconsensual sex with Arabov and received $1,000 more than her standard rate for her work at the gatherings.

Arabov and a woman named Tamiko Thomas are also named as defendants in the lawsuit, which alleges that Tamiko Thomas was involved in a sex trafficking ring linked to Diddy’s Bad Boy Records label.
After the alleged attack, the former adult film star — who was allegedly forced to drink spiked alcohol earlier that night — posed for photos with Arabov, and she claims Diddy later complimented her on her meeting with the watch designer.
English alleges that she was then handed over to other attendees at Diddy’s gathering and sexually assaulted.
In the documents, she also draws parallels between Thomas and Ghislaine Maxwell as well as Diddy and Jeffrey Epstein.
English also claimed that Combs offered to support her career development by helping her form a girl group to launch her career in the entertainment industry.
However, English accused Diddy of making coercive demands and threatening to ban her from the industry if she and her dance partner did not comply with his orders.
During his first time dancing at a Diddy party in 2004, English found no pressure to be physically intimate and considered it a “legitimate job opportunity.” However, subsequent visits to Hampton Estates revealed a different reality.
She claims in the lawsuit that she and other alleged victims of sex trafficking were required to wear specific clothing and were directed to engage in suggestive behavior with partygoers. In one instance, English recounted that she was directed to perform stripteases and sexually suggestive acts with guests.
The lawsuit claims that English’s emotional health has been deeply affected by the alleged sex trafficking, leading to intimacy challenges and traumatic memories.
