Early life
Elohor Eva Alordiah, popularly known as Eva Alordiah, was born on August 13, 1988, in Abuja but hails from Delta State, Southeastern Nigeria. She has four siblings.
She was influenced musically by her mother, who, although not a singer, was a huge music fan. She grew up listening to music by Michael Jackson, Sade Adu, The Carpenters, John Lenon and Don Williams, among others.
According to her, Eva Alordiah got her rap skills and inspiration from Eminem. At the age of seven, she was involved in several forms of art. Because of her strong passion for music, Eva Alordiah joined the choir group at her church. At age 10, she wrote a short story in her notebook and dreamed of becoming a writer.

Career
Eva Allordiah began work on her first EP, The GIGO EP, when she was a solo artist. Garbage in Garbage Out is the name of the EP. On November 20, 2011, it was released. It has 9 songs and you can get a digital copy for free.
The EP was promoted with four singles: I Done Did It, Down Low, Garbage Out (Your Fada) and High. The EP was made by collaborating with Sossick, Tintin and Gray Jon. I Done Did It, the EP’s first single, was performed by Sossick.
In a 2012 interview with Halley Bondy of MTV Iggy, Eva Alordiah said she was happy to work with the producers. She also said that it was fun working on the EP. High was her second single of 2012. The single was released on May 24, 2012 and Mex made the music video.
In May 2012, MTV Base was the first to show the video. When the video was released, many people thought the song was about drug use because they didn’t understand. In an interview with MTV Iggy’s Bondy, Eva Allordiah said the song is about getting through difficult times.
Thisday newspaper reported that on 31 August 2014, Eva Alordiah, Olamide and Phyno joined Guinness Nigeria’s Made of Black campaign. She sang at the start of the campaign and she also appeared in a television commercial for the campaign.
On November 6, 2014, it was announced that Eva Alordiah’s first studio album, scheduled for release in January 2015, would be titled 1960. The album featured artists such as Darey Art Alade, Femi Kuti, Yemi Alade, Olamide, Sarkodie and Sir Dauda will work with other artists as guests.
