Heath Andrew Ledger (born 4 April 1979), better known by his stage name Heath Ledger, is an Australian actor, musician and music video director. He should undoubtedly be included in any list of the most accomplished actors of all time.
Although his life was short, his acting achievements, even within this short time, will long be cherished by fans. Heath Ledger made his acting debut in the TV series “Roar” and went on to showcase his talents in several other films, including “The Brothers Grimm” and “Brokeback Mountain.”

Early life and education
Heath Ledger was born on April 4, 1979 in Perth, Australia to Kim Ledger and Sally Ledger Bell.
His father, Kim Ledger, is a racing driver, and his mother, Sally Ledger Bell, is a French teacher. He has three sisters: Kate Ledger, Olivia Ledger, and Ashleigh Bell.
Heath Ledger received his primary education at Mount Mary Primary School and Guildford Grammar School. At the age of 10, he played the role of Peter Pan in a play he participated in during school.
Heath Ledger dropped out of school at the age of 17 to pursue an acting career. He was almost immediately cast as a gay man in the 1996 TV series Sweat.
