At the time of writing in November 2022, Jill’s mother, Gloria Kamen, is still in the hospital. This also means she is still alive.

Meanwhile, asking for prayers, the RHONY star wrote on her IG, “Mom had a stroke, praying for your physical strength to match your mental fortitude! Thank you for all your love. @mrsjillzarin @joannawexler @allyshapiro @jon_wexler.”

Additionally, Jill shared a video of her visiting her mother at Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Florida. It looks like the RHONY star and her daughter, Allyson Shapiro, stopped by the hospital and they even showed off the reality star’s praise for donating to the facility.

“I was visiting my mom. I just got here, but on the way there we just happened to pass by all the names, and I saw this the other day. I showed Ally the executive team — look who’s here,” Jill shared as she pointed to her name in the video.

However, her daughter pointed out that her late husband Bobby should have been honored, not Jill. “So I will change this next year,” the star promised.

In case you don’t know, Jill’s husband Bobby Zarin passed away at the age of 71 in January 2018 after a long battle with cancer.

Jill was last reported to have been shortlisted for Bravo’s new “Legacy” spinoff which will also star Kelly Bensimon, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan

Sadly, Ramona Singer didn’t make the show because she didn’t want any part of it. “I don’t want to participate in the program anymore. It’s not for me right now,” she explained.
