Meet Jaqueline Jauregui, wife of Daniele Uditi

Jaqueline Jauregui first met Daniele Uditi in 2010 in California.

At the time, Daniele had just arrived in the United States to work as a consulting chef for various Italian restaurants in the Los Angeles area. But the six-month business trip turned into a permanent one, when he fell in love with the beautiful Jacqueline.

Before meeting Jaqueline, Daniele honed her culinary skills under the tutelage of chef Rosanna Marziale at Michelin-starred restaurant Le Colonne in Caserta, Italy.
