Jessica Biel Shifts Focus to TV Work After Moving On From Justin Timberlake’s DWI Arrest

Justin Timberlake continues to work as usual after his arrest. He immediately returned to touring after getting into trouble with the law. More recently, it was reported that the singer and his wife, Jessica Biel, survived a DWI arrest.

A source spoke to People Magazine “They have evaded arrest,” he said. “They have faith in their legal team and instead continue to focus on work and family.”

A source also noted that Biel is focusing on her upcoming Prime Video series The better sister as she continues to support her husband on tour.

“They have always been supportive of each other’s careers,” the insider said, adding, “Jess will never miss a show when she can attend.”

The news comes after Timberlake was arrested for DWU after a night out with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, where he was stopped by a young police officer who didn’t recognize him.

According to NBC News, police officer Michael Arkinson stopped the musician after he allegedly drove through a stop sign; he was also not on the right side of the road.

The complaint reads: “The defendant was driving the said vehicle in a state of intoxication, with bloodshot and dull eyes, and a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.

He reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer test three times, but he submitted to a field sobriety test which he failed.

He spent several hours in jail but was later released, as seen in photos of him with his lawyer.

Days after his legal troubles, the singer took to the stage at the United Center in Chicago and addressed the recent incident.

“This has been a really tough week, but you’re still here, and I’m here,” he told the crowd.

The singer’s court date is scheduled for July 26, coinciding with a Forge Tomorrow World Tour stop in Poland. People magazine reported that the singer will not cancel his performance because the trial will take place online and his lawyer will represent him in court.

Timberlake has a few more shows left in the United States in the next few weeks, and he’s headed to Europe for another leg of his tour.

Details about his upcoming concerts are available on his official website.
