Since then, the couple has focused on their personal lives and seemingly unbothered by the legal troubles that followed Timberlake’s arrest.

“They have always been supportive of each other’s careers,” an insider told People after seeing the actress attend her husband’s World of Tomorrow tour stop at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
“Jess will never miss a show when she can attend. She’s looking forward to him,” the insider confirmed.
While Timberlake is busy on his world tour, Biel is also filming her Amazon Prime Video series The better sister.

“They have been spared arrest. They have faith in their legal team and are instead continuing to focus on work and family,” the source added. “Jess loves filming and is excited about the project.”

However, conflicting sources claim that Timberlake’s arrest was Biel’s “wake-up call” about the couple’s 17-year affair.
“Justin humiliated her again,” a source told In Touch Weekly about Biel’s reaction to her husband’s arrest. “This could all lead to a shocking divorce. No one would be shocked if Jessica gave Justin an ultimatum: Get help — or it’s all over.”
Additionally, Biel’s friends think she married a “loser”, they hate that she spends her life “trying to get Justin to live straight”.

“But the arrest was a wake-up call: It’s time for her to realize that she can’t do it on her own. If he continues down this path, their marriage will end,” the source added. “He can’t shake this ‘cheater’ label, and it breaks Jessica’s heart every time. Her friends are afraid that he’ll break her heart again: Do cheaters ever change?”
Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York for driving under the influence on June 18, 2024. The arresting officer also described Timberlake’s eyes as “bloodshot” after arresting him.
“It was determined that the defendant was driving the vehicle in a drunken state, his eyes were bloodshot, dull, his breath smelled of alcohol, he could not pay attention, spoke slowly, was unsteady on his feet, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,” the police report said, as quoted by Billboard.
