The latest news comes after the musician spent a night out with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. That evening, a young police officer pulled him over after he ran a stop sign while driving his 2025 silver BMW.

Police noted that “his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, and his breath smelled strongly of alcohol.”
He refused to be tested for alcohol three times, but he cooperated and took a field sobriety test, which he did not pass. After being arraigned, he left the Sag Harbor municipal building and was released from custody the next day.
Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, are “overcoming” the arrest, according to an insider speaking to People magazine.
“They have faith in their legal team and are instead continuing to focus on work and family,” the insider added.
In other updates, Justin Timberlake will continue his tour over the next few months. Although his court date was set for the same day as his concert in Poland, it was reported that he was not required to appear in person and that his lawyer would represent him in court. .
