According to court documents, the male singer only drank “one martini” and followed his friends home. However, he refused to use the breathalyzer three times. A field sobriety test was conducted on the singer, but he reportedly failed.

An insider told Page Six: “He was a gentleman… He didn’t show any entitlement. He refused the tests, but that was his right.”

The police officer who arrested him was said to have been too young to recognize the singer, and sources said he even commented on the future of his concerts saying: “This will ruin tour.”

As seen in photos obtained by the Daily Mail, Timberlake walked out of Sag Harbor police headquarters to a nearby building.

His hands were handcuffed before he left the building with his attorney, Ed Burke, Jr.

His next scheduled performance will be at the United Center in Chicago, IL, on June 21-22, 2024. He will also have two shows at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY, later this month.
