Career
Khabonina Qubeka rose to fame for her role as Doobsie in the SABC 2 television series, Muvhango from 2006 to 2007, making her the third actress (3rd) to play the role after Lindiwe Chibi and Khanyi Mbau.
A professional dancer and choreographer, she has hosted and judged numerous television reality dance shows, including SABC 1’s Dance Your Butt Off, eTV’s Step Up or Step Out . She also choreographed for the Channel O Video Music Awards.
Additionally, being a Yoga enthusiast, Khabonina Qubeka produced and hosted her own fitness and health show called Gym e’Kasi for eTV. In 2018, she received the City University Award the world’s highest honor for a professional creator after launching her own Afro Yoga concept in Hong Kong.

In October 2017, Khabonina Qubeka was again announced as the host of a new South African program focusing on teachers in schools.
As a musician, Khabonina Qubeka wrote and released her first album titled Gama Lahko in 2010. This album was released under her music label, Khabodacious Moves Music. The album contains 12 tracks, including singles; Gama Lakho and Carry Your Body.
