Lady Gaga, Post Malone and Green Day headline Coachella 2025

The Coachella 2025 lineup is stacked and seemingly revealed.

According to various reports, Coachella will go all-in on star power for next year’s edition.

TMZ reported that three names, in addition to the already announced Post Malone, will headline the festival next year. Those names are Green Day, Lady Gaga and Travis Scott.

Scott last played the festival in 2017 and he was previously announced as the 2020 headliner, but that festival was canceled because of the pandemic. Coachella returns in 2022, months after a tragic crowd brawl at Scott’s Astroworld festival claimed the lives of 10 people. Despite reports that his management pushed for him to keep his prominent position, Scott was eventually dropped from the lineup. Since then, Scott’s live performances have taken place without any serious incidents.

Gaga headlined Coachella in 2017, marking her only appearance at the festival. With a new large-scale pop album due out next year, she’s also enjoying success with her Bruno Mars duet “Die With A Smile,” which is climbing the charts. However, her solo dance-pop song “Disease” failed to make the same impact.

Green Day have never performed at Coachella and their reputation predated the festival.

Malone was previously introduced as the event’s headliner when he announced tour dates for his biggest and most ambitious tour to date, the Big Ass Stadium Tour. The trip is expected to feature country music superstar Jelly Roll. In the tour announcement, Malone included a pair of shows on April 13 and 20 in Indio, California. These dates coincide with the dates of next year’s festival which will take place over two weekends, from April 11-13 and April 18-20.

The tour press release also revealed that neither Jelly Roll nor Sierra Ferrell, the tour’s other opening act, will join him at Coachella. Additionally, the release does not mention an Indio date.

Malone is touring in support of his most recent album, F-1 trillionis a country music project featuring some of the biggest names in the genre. From the project, he scored a No. 1 hit with the Morgan Wallen-assisted “I Had Some Help.”
