Enrique Tarrio was born to Enrique Tarrio and Zuny Duarte, both of Cuban descent. However, the couple is no longer married, as their marriage ended in divorce in 1992. At the time, Tarrio was only 8 years old.

“He always liked to share his stuff,” Zunny said. The Tarrio family called him Henry, although his birth certificate says “Enrique.”

Enrique Tarrio’s wife
Enrique Tarrio is engaged to his fiancée Erika Flores. According to the Miami New Times, a source has called Erika his ex-girlfriend.
Erika, a self-described libertarian, was the youngest delegate to Ron Paul’s 2012 presidential campaign in Washington state. She has noted that many early adopters of the Bitcoin movement adhere to an “anarchist” mindset, attributing her love of cryptocurrency to her libertarian political roots.
Additionally, Erika earned a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical science and a private pilot’s certificate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach in 2014. She recounted asking a prominent banker about Bitcoin over a video conference call while she was then working at a bank in the aircraft leasing industry.
After working in the trading and aircraft leasing industry for a while, Flores changed her focus and founded “Miami International Bitcoin” in 2015. She described it as a “meetup group” that later evolved into a Facebook group where people could discuss Bitcoin.
Erika has been described as a “pillar” and “godmother” of Miami’s crypto community. In 2019, she and self-proclaimed “Bitcoin Pioneer” Nick Spanos founded the Miami Blockchain Center, which they describe as an “incubator, event space, and co-working space” to educate developers, entrepreneurs, and investors about blockchain and crypto, a few blocks from Bayfront Park in downtown Miami.
“We want Miami to be the most educated city in the world when it comes to this technology,” Flores said at the center’s grand opening. During the grand opening ceremony, Miami Mayor Francis Suarez cut the ribbon with an oversized pair of scissors while Flores stood next to him, grinning.
The report claims that Flores gave “1776 Returns,” a plan to attack government buildings near the Capitol, including the House and Senate office buildings as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, to Enrique Tarrio, then the leader of the Proud Boys, a week before the January 6, 2021, insurrection.
The document is a key element in the incitement conspiracy charges that Tarrio and other members of the Proud Boys are now facing in a Washington, D.C. courtroom. In correspondence revealed through documents admitted into evidence during the trial, an “Eryk-A” sent the document to Tarrio around 12:50 p.m. on December 30, 2020.
“If you don’t like my plan, let me know. I’ll pitch it elsewhere,” one message to Tarrio read. “But I want you to be the one to execute and benefit from my intelligence.” Federal prosecutors in Tarrio’s trial identified the sender of the communications as “Erika Flores,” saying she invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to provide information related to the 1776 Returns after being subpoenaed last year. (She is not currently facing any charges.)
Erika said the couple wanted to start a family together and asked the judge to consider the “direct impact” a long sentence could have on those ambitions. “Henry is a flawed man, like all of us, but he is not blind to that.”
According to the Miami New Times, Enrique has been divorced once.

What is Enrique Tarrio’s net worth?
Enrique Tarrio’s net worth is more than $400,000. Enrique, the leader of the extremist group Proud Boys, has a history of working undercover for investigators after his arrest in 2012, according to a former prosecutor and a 2014 federal court transcript obtained by Reuters.
A federal prosecutor, an FBI agent and Tarrio’s personal attorney all testified at a hearing in Miami about his undercover work and how it helped law enforcement prosecute more than a dozen individuals on a variety of drug, gambling and human trafficking charges. Tarrio denied working undercover or assisting in cases against others in an interview with Reuters on Tuesday.
“I don’t know anything about this,” Enrique said when asked about the note. “I don’t remember anything about this.”
Enriqye’s denials were refuted by law enforcement officials and court records. Tarrio’s former federal prosecutor, Vanessa Singh Johannes, confirmed in a statement to Reuters that “he cooperated with local and federal law enforcement to assist in the prosecution of individuals who operated separate criminal enterprises, from operating marijuana grow houses in Miami to operating pharmaceutical fraud schemes.”
Enrique was arrested by Washington police in early January after arriving in the city two days before the Capitol Hill riots. He was charged with burning a Black Lives Matter flag and possessing two high-capacity rifle magazines at a Donald Trump rally in December. Ahead of his June court date, the DC Superior Court ordered him to leave the city.
She did not participate in the Capitol riot, but at least five Proud Boys members have been charged with involvement in the riot. Tarrio’s earlier arrest, according to the FBI, was an attempt to preempt the events of January 6.
Enrique claims he started “hanging out with the wrong people” when he was 15. He was 20 when he was convicted of stealing a $55,000 motorbike and given a three-year suspended sentence, community service and a restitution order.
