Lee Meriwether began her acting career on NBC’s Today Show in the mid-1950s. She made her film debut in 1959 as Linda Davis in the science fiction film The 4D Man. In 1961, she appeared as a guest star in Frank Arlett’s sitcom Bringing Up Buddy.
She appeared in eight episodes of the NBC medical drama Dr. Kildare from 1963 to 1965, playing various roles. She also appeared in the TV shows Route 66 and 12 O’Clock. Lee Meriwether played Catwoman in Batman. The Fugitive, Mission Impossible and Perry Mason were among the TV shows she appeared in during the late 1960s.
