British pop star Lily Allen has landed herself a lucrative side gig. In a recent tweet, the singer revealed that she makes more money from selling pictures of her feet on OnlyFans than from her music streaming channels on Spotify.

The revelation comes after a fan criticized her for promoting pictures of her legs, writing: ‘Imagine you’re one of the biggest pop stars/musicians in Europe and then reduced to this level.” Allen quickly clapped back, unashamedly admitting it was a purely financial choice. She notes that even though she has 8 million monthly listeners, she makes more money when 1,000 people subscribe to see pictures of her feet.

Imagine you’re an artist and have almost 8 million monthly listeners on Spotify but make more money from having 1000 subscribers looking at pictures of your feet. don’t hate the player, hate the game. https://t.co/Fx7JAhPhV5

The “Smile” singer promoted the OnlyFans account @LilyAllenFTSE500 on her public social media platforms, reportedly earning up to $10,000 per month. While fans were shocked, she has garnered a devoted following on the site since joining in July 2024. While some were disgusted by the endeavor, others again praised her for her financial victory.

The 39-year-old doesn’t let the noise bother her, enjoying motherhood and marriage while continuing to create new music. She and Strange things actor David Harbor got married in late 2020 in a Vegas wedding officiated by an Elvis impersonator. In an interview on BBC Sounds’ Miss me? podcast, Allen revealed that her husband actually approved of her part-time job.

“At first he was kind of not interested, but he said, ‘Is this going to be difficult for you?’ And I was like, ‘No, it’s not a knot at all,’ but maybe there’s something in the power factor of it that makes me a little uncomfortable,” she noted.

The couple currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
