A source told In Touch that Biel’s friends are worried about Timberlake’s possible infidelity after his previous cheating scandal.
“Her friends fear he’ll break her heart again: Do cheaters ever change?” insiders said. “Her friends thought she was married to a loser and hated that so much of her life was spent trying to get Justin on the right track. But the arrest was a wake-up call: Already there comes a point where she realizes that she can’t do it on her own. If he continues down this path, their marriage will be over.”
The “SexyBack” singer was stopped and arrested by police on suspicion of drunk driving in the Hamptons on June 28. According to the criminal complaint, Timberlake was driving a 2025 gray BMW XM on Madison Street when Sag Harbor Village police observed him failing to stop despite signs and swerving into another lane.

Authorities noted that he had a “strong odor of alcohol” coming from his breath and had bloodshot, glassy eyes. Timberlake also spoke slowly and performed poorly on a road sobriety test, later confirming he was driving drunk.
