Mark Robert Michael Wahlberg was born on June 5, 1971. He comes from a large family of eleven children. His parents are Donald Wahlberg and Alma Wahlberg.

He has eight siblings and is the youngest of the three. His older brothers, Robert Wahlberg and Donnie Wahlberg, are actors. Donnie Wahlberg is also a singer.
