Niomi Arleen Mclean-Daley is commonly known as Ms. Dynamite, the name the late great DJ DeVine gave her when he first heard her sing at a club night in London.

Ms. Dynamite was born in London, England, on April 26, 1981, to a Jamaican father and a Scottish mother. She spent her childhood days in Kentish Town, North London, but she was born and raised in Crawley, West Sussex, England.
The 43-year-old’s parents are Heather Court McLean (mother) and Eyon Daley (father). She grew up with her three siblings Akala, Jessica Daley and Snooze.
Ms. Dyanmite is the eldest child in the family. She has an older brother named Akala who is also a famous rapper.
Ms Dynamite is an alumna of Belsize Park College of Art.
Personal life
Although Miss Dynamite is currently single, she once dated a man identified as Dwayne Seaforth.
Ms. Dynamite and Dwayne Seaforth dated from 2001 to 2005, and their relationship produced a child, a boy, whom they named Shavaar Seaforth.

Career
Ms. Dynamite became famous for her vocals in the song titled “Booo!” received widespread airplay on pirate radio stations in London and was eventually published as a single.
While working at RAW FM, Richard Forbes (DJ Sticky) discovered Miss Dynamite in a West End bar. Her manager, Bigga Beats, eventually signed her to Polydor Records, where she met producer Salaam Remi, who saw her talent and nurtured it.
A Little Deeper, her debut studio album, was released in 2002 and featured hit songs such as “It Takes More” and “Dy-Na-Mi-Tee”. In 2003, the album was released in the United States and received critical acclaim.
In 2002, Ms. Dynamite won the Mercury Music Prize for A Little Deeper. She donated the £20,000 prize to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
