Mr. Eazi originally hails from Port Harcourt, his birthplace and Nigeria’s largest city in Rivers State, Nigeria.
The young Nigerian talent comes from a family of businessmen, his mother owns a small business, and his father is a pilot who later founded his own consulting company. Mr. Eazi attended primary and secondary school in Lagos State Nigeria before moving to Accra, Ghana to further his studies at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Mr. Eazi started recording music at KNUST, he often contributed as a guest and one of the songs titled My Life dominated the KNUST campus.
Mr. Eazi also founded a party booking and music promotion company at KNUST which he named Swagger Entertainment.
Swagger Entertainment is a platform that Mr. Eazi uses to book shows, artists, and promote music and trending events happening on the KNUST campus.
At the age of 23, he returned to his native Nigeria and started an e-commerce platform business.
In 2014, Mr. Eazi quit his job as a party/event promoter after one of the artists failed to show up at a major party.
