He was born in Lagos State, Nigeria, although according to his name, he is from the Southeastern region of Nigeria, which makes him belong to the Igbo tribe.

Pretty Mike studied Computer Engineering in Texas before moving to Lagos Nigeria to found the UNO Club with his brother Frank Nwogu (Don Nero).
