Maybe the Rapper’s wife will give up.
According to records obtained by ‘TMZ’, Kirsten Corley filed for divorce on Friday, December 13, after five years of marriage. The two have been apart since April, and Corley has taken the first step toward a permanent separation.
Exact details about the estranged couple’s terms have yet to be revealed, as documents related to their divorce are currently unavailable.
The former lovebirds met as children in 2003 at the age of nine. Chance sees Kirsten at his mother’s office party, where she and her friends perform “Independent Women, Part 1” by Destiny’s Child.
Chance admitted he was too shy to introduce himself, however, he eventually did. The Chicago native revealed that from that day on, he knew he would marry Corley but was in no rush. “It’s because I know I’m marrying that girl and I don’t want to shoot,” Chance, 31, wrote on ‘People’.
