Shallipopi and Isreal DMW survive car crash in Abuja unharmed

Nigerian artist Shallipopi, also known as “President Pluto”, and Davido’s logistics manager, Israel DMW, found themselves involved in a car accident in Abuja last night, February 17. Despite the horrifying experience, both individuals escaped the accident unharmed.

The incident, as Israel DMW recounted on his Instagram account, occurred as they were returning to their hotel after a show. According to Israel, another car collided with theirs while they were driving. Despite the collision, Shallipopi and Israel escaped injury, a stroke of luck they attribute to divine intervention.

Sharing the news on social media, Israel DMW expressed gratitude to God and asked for blessings from their ancestors for their miraculous escape. He recounted the accident in detail, noting that he was in the front seat while Shallipopi was in the back. He stressed that neither of them had even a scratch on their back, a testament to their luck.

DMW Israel’s Instagram post reads: “Shallipopi and I just got into an accident after a car hit us, on the way back to the hotel after the show. I was sitting in the front seat, while Shali was sitting in the back seat. Thank God Almighty, thank our ancestors Edo. Not a single scratch.“ .

Accompanying his post was a video recorded at the scene of the accident, highlighting the severity of the situation that they narrowly escaped death.

As news of their lucky survival spread, fans and well-wishers flooded social media with messages of relief and gratitude for their safety. The incident serves as a reminder of the uncertainty of life on the road and the importance of cherishing every moment.
