Shrenu Parikh was born on November 11, 1989 in Vadodara, Gujarat, India and is currently 34 years old.
She has a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara. Her mother, Smita Parikh, works in a bank and her father is an engineer. Shubham Parikh is the brother of Shrenu Parikh.

Shrenu Parikh made her television debut in 2010 with a cameo in Zindgi Ka Har Rang…Gulaal. She made her television debut in the Colors show Havan in 2011. Later, she starred opposite Gaurav Khanna in Byaah Hamari Bahoo Ka on Sony TV.
She recounted her experience on the series: “I worked on my body language and studied the modulation of my voice. I have improved as an actor.”
She acted in the StarPlus romantic drama Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. She co-starred with Avinash Sachdev in the TV series Ek Baar Phir (2013-2015) playing the role of Aastha Agnihotri, a strong progressive woman who fights domestic violence for the honour of women in her community. When asked about her experience of acting in the show, she said it was a turning point in her career as she was offered many roles after acting as Aastha.
In 2017, Shrenu Parikh played the role of Gauri Kumari Sharma opposite Kunal Jaisingh in StarPlus’ first Indian television spin-off Dil Boley Oberoi. Later, the show merged with StarPlus’ Ishqbaaaz and Parikh continued to play Gauri in the TV series Ishqbaaaz (2017-2018). She left the show in 2018 following the generational change in the show.
Shrenu Parikh made her acting debut in the 2017 film Thodi Thodi Si Manmaaniyan alongside Arsh Sehrawat. In 2018, she starred in her second film Lamboo Rastoo alongside Jay Soni. In the 2019 StarPlus thriller Ek Bhram…In Sarvagun Sampanna, she played the role of Janhvi Mittal, a character driven by revenge to destroy the Mittal family. She played this role alongside Zain Imam.

Shrenu Parikh played Shalini Patel, a woman driven by material greed and a desire to advance her political status, in her first web series, Kshadyantra (2021), a Gujarati political thriller. She then played the stubborn and secretive journalist Shanaya Roy in the Hindi psychological crime thriller web series Damaged 3 (2021).
In 2021, Shrenu Parikh co-starred with Akshay Mhatre in the &TV social drama Ghar Ek Mandir – Kripa Agrasen Maharaj Ki as Genda. The entire scene was shot in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
