The musician recently spoke with Billboard and she revealed that a candle was knocked over while they were hosting a dinner party at the pop singer’s apartment.

The incident happened 6 months ago, when they were having dinner when they heard the sound of candles falling from afar. At first Swift thought it was just the sound of one of her cats jumping around the house.

The next day, they were shocked to see the kitchen on fire and the “Cruel Summer” singer herself extinguished the fire.

“We were both coughing like crazy from fire extinguisher smoke for weeks,” Abrams added.
