Tothwaite Annan was born on August 25, 1985. He was born in Ghana but was raised by his Nigerian mother.
He is the eldest of four children and holds dual citizenship in Ghana and Nigeria, and later returned to Nigeria, where he fully developed his acting talent and made it his career.
Toosweet Annan attended Nungua Senior High School in Ghana, majoring in Visual Arts. He later continued his studies by majoring in Fine Arts at the prestigious Ghanatta College of Arts in Ghana.
