Travis Scott responded brutally after being questioned during his DUI arrest

Travis Scott was arrested on Thursday morning, June 20, 2024, in Miami, Florida, for being drunk and disorderly.

When questioned by the arresting police, the “Sicko Mode” rapper tried to justify his actions.

“It’s Miami,” he replied fiercely.

Scott’s reaction came after he was questioned about whether he had been drinking the night before, the affidavit revealed, according to The Daily Mail.

Unlike Justin Timberlake, it seems like the arrest won’t affect his tour. The rapper assured his fans on X, formerly Twitter, that the Circus Maximus tour will take place as planned on Friday, June 28, 2024, in Arnhem, Netherlands.

The report shows 10 Miami Beach police officers were called to the marina just after 1 a.m. after they received a report of a “fight” with a yacht owner. According to the owner, he wanted to get Scott off the boat.

When arriving at the scene, police discovered Scott “disturbing peace”, openly “screaming” and “behaving erratically”.

Police officers described Scott as having a “strong odor of alcohol” on his breath and continuing to “scream obscenities” at those on the boat.

However, Scott remained uncooperative, refusing to obey police orders and he was eventually taken into custody for two misdemeanors – disorderly drunkenness and trespassing.

However, Scott was not booked into Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of 4:35 a.m. Thursday. After being photographed, he posted $650 bail and was eventually released.

Despite reports of a fight, a source told the outlet that “no physical altercation” occurred.

“It was a loud party and Travis was bailed out for a few hundred dollars,” the insider shared. He’s home.” “No further action will be taken as this was a minor incident resembling a fine but with no injuries.”

Surprisingly, this isn’t the first altercation Scott has been involved in in the past two months. In May 2024, he got into a brawl with Tyga at a Cannes Film Festival afterparty.

While attending Richie Akiva’s event, TMZ reported that the two rappers got into an altercation with Cher’s boyfriend, Alexander “AE” Edwards, and producer 808 Mafia Southside.

Scott, whose ex-girlfriend is Kylie Jenner, seemed upset that he was in the same group as Jenner’s ex, Tyga. After some misunderstanding, chaos ensued, adding Edwards and Southside to the brawl.
