Meet Latoya Ellis, Wife of HGTV Star Chris Lamont

Latoya Ellis may have married Chris Lamont on November 19, 2022. But she was his wife even before the two tied the knot in a wedding attended by family and friends. That’s right, Chris has been calling Latoya his “wife” for a long time. And it makes sense since they’ve been together for so long—even their kids are grown now!

Their two sons, Chris and Jayden, were even present at the wedding as groomsmen.

If you like Buy It or Build It, you may have seen little Chris on HGTV. He appeared in an episode of the show in June 2022, helping his dad with a renovation. “I had to shoot a few scenes with my son Chris Jr. today. He’s a natural. I better be careful, he might take my job,” Chris joked in a post.

Chris Lamont Jr., also a track and field athlete, and his friend, qualified for the Texas regionals in June 2022. He only needs one more track meet to qualify for the Youth Olympics — at just 11 years old.

As for Jayden, he turns 4 in August 2022.

Patrick met the love of his life Dawn in the 80s and married her on August 20, 1983.
