Meet Wilma Dizon Rull, wife of Bake Squad star Christophe Rull

Wilma Dizon Rull and husband Gonzo said “I do” on July 10, 2018 in Maui, the second largest island of the Hawaiian archipelago.

On what was the married couple’s first Valentine’s Day, Wilma celebrated the day with an IG post. She wrote, “Loving eyes 💕 our first Valentine’s Day as husband and wife. Thank you for bringing joy and happiness to my life. I couldn’t ask for anything more, so lucky to have you Christophe 💖 champagne 🥂 and cheese 🧀 tonight 💓.”

To briefly talk about her husband, Christophe was born in 1984. So he is 38 years old.

When Christophe was 15, the path to becoming a chef was laid out before him. There were only two options for Christophe: he could go back to school or go to work. He worked hard in the kitchen every day after joining a Michelin-starred restaurant to earn the respect of his colleagues.

Christophe completed a 5-year pastry and savoury apprenticeship. He started travelling because he needed more experience and it helped him build his network and learn new talent from the best.

Of the many companies Christophe Rull has worked for, the experience of working with chef Marc Veyrat is one he will never forget. In 2008, he spent six months working under chef Marc Veyrat as Executive Pastry Chef. During that time, he was responsible for managing daily orders and inventory, developing new menus and producing premium pastries daily for a Three Michelin Star establishment.

Christophe joined the National School of Pastry (ENSP) after completing his studies under Marc Veyrat and began working as a teaching assistant there. While there, he gained knowledge in many different areas, such as supply chain management, how to prepare all the necessary materials before ENSP training sessions, how to do all the Danish recipes for breakfast, how to make the best desserts for lunch and more.
