Early life
Yfke Sturm was born on September 3, 1981 in Almere, Netherlands. Since she was a child, she has been fascinated by fashion and modeling.
At the age of 15, she was discovered by a model scout while shopping in Amsterdam. She quickly signed with Paparazzi Model Management and began her modeling career.

Sturm’s modeling success led to numerous television appearances, including hosting the Dutch reality show “Holland’s Next Top Model” and appearing on the Dutch version of “Dancing with the Stars.” She is also a regular guest on Dutch talk shows and has appeared in several documentaries about the fashion industry.
In 2006, Sturm was assigned to host Holland’s Next Top Model, the Dutch version of the hit show America’s Next Top Model. It quickly became a popular primetime television show.
