Zahra Buhari was born on December 18, 1994 in northern Nigeria.
She happens to be the daughter of the current Nigerian president, Muhammadu Buhari, and first lady, Aisha Buhari.
She is from Daura, a town and local government in Katsina State, Nigeria.

Zahra Buhari attended the Kaduna International School, after which she attended the British School in Lome.

Zahra Buhari married Ahmed Indimi on 16 December 2016.
He hails from Born State in the North Eastern region of Nigeria. They had a son, Muhammad Indimi on 9 July 2018.
