Ben Affleck makes rare comments about living in the shadow of wife Jennifer Lopez amid divorce rumors.

The Alliance justice actor appears in the first episode of Kevin Hart’s interview show on Peacock, Hart to the heart, where he spoke candidly about his life with Lopez. He also broached the subject of his children — Violet, Seraphina and Samuel — with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and how they weren’t afraid to call him out.

“My daughter always titles her autobiography,” Affleck explains. “We went somewhere with [Lopez] – I can’t remember because she’s so famous and she created this – people love her and she really represents something that’s important to people. [To me,] people will say, ‘Hey, I like your movie,’ and then they say ‘AAAHHHHH! J-LO!’ It’s amazing, you know what I mean?”
Affleck looked back on their time together in Times Square, where they met fans of the “On the Floor” singer.

He detailed, “We got out of the car, we went out, and I said, ‘F— it, baby, we’re going to be late, we have to walk a block and a half.’ [Lopez] like, ‘Okay’, she didn’t say s—. We hung out with her, all the kids, through Times Square, and s— were like fucking bananas. I said, ‘Oh my God.’ There’s a woman, she’s smoking weed, in a tight purple outfit – she’s a heavy woman – and she starts running backwards filming, going ‘J-LO!!’ Like a messenger, that will attract other people and then all the tourists come in.”
After revealing the incident, the 51-year-old man Hypnosis star seemed to hint at the chaotic life he has in Lopez’s presence.

The episode was released after sources told Globe Magazine how angry the “Let’s Get Loud” hitmaker was that Matt Damon, Jennifer Garner and her mother-in-law, Christine Anne Boldt, had repeatedly supported her. Affleck’s family amid difficulties in their marriage.
One of the sources noted that Lopez has a strained relationship with Boldt, who is extremely close to her son’s ex-wife. Mother-in-law thinks Affleck made the biggest mistake by letting Garner go.
“J.Lo can’t help but think Christine is poisoning her and thinks it’s pathetic that Ben ran back to his mom,” the insider continued.
