Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lavish mansion in Beverly Hills is increasing in value while the rapper is being blown up in court.
The home was listed for sale in September for $61.5 million and is now estimated to be worth around $72.2 million, Realtor.com reported.
Combs, 55, was reportedly arrested after Homeland Security raided his home and he faces sex trafficking and fraud charges.

He denied his guilt and maintained his innocence. As he continues to serve his sentence at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, his Holmby Hills estate continues to make news.

Diddy bought the house for $39 million in 2014 and hasn’t lived there full-time in years. His residence is not in Miami on Star Island.
Potential buyers who want to tour the mansion must be pre-qualified to help eliminate a series of serious questions surrounding Combs, who is currently the subject of media scrutiny.
While Diddy deals with his legal troubles, the boom in his Beverly Hills mansion could bring a windfall for the rap giant.
