-
Craft a Saw: Before leaving Sainte-Anne, be sure to craft a saw at the Carpenter’s Shop. This tool is essential for harvesting acacias.
-
Set sail for the Acacia location: Check the map for a marker with a log indicating the Acacia location. Sail toward one of these markers.
-
Look for Acacia Trees: Acacia trees have light-colored trunks and bright green leaves that make them stand out. Get as close to the shoreline as possible where the acacia trees are.
-
Harvest Acacias: When you get close to an acacia tree, a prompt will appear on the screen that says “Harvest Acacias.” Use your saw to collect resources.
-
Explore different locations: Some trees may not trigger the prompt, so try different locations until you can harvest acacias.
-
Collect Floating Logs: Also, keep an eye out for random acacia logs floating in the water near these locations. You can collect them simply by sailing over them and pressing the interact button.
-
Gather enough Acacia trees: You will need a total of eight Acacia trees to build your ship. Visit multiple acacia markers on the map to collect enough resources.
-
Return to St. Anne: Once you have enough acacias, return to St. Anne and visit the Shipwright to start building your new ship.
By following these steps and exploring marked locations, you’ll be able to collect the acacias you need to progress in Skull and Bones.

Wind plays a big role in combat. Knowing how to use it can help you win the battle. You can collect different types of ships, such as battleships, frigates, and schooners, each with its own weapons, such as cannons and rockets. You can also board enemy ships for close combat.
The health of your ship is displayed via the health bar. In multiplayer mode, there is a game called Loot Hunt, where two groups of players compete to find treasure and become rich. You can climb up to the lookout to get a better view, and a small telescope can help you see further. Overall, Skull and Bones offers an exciting ship battle and treasure hunting adventure in a world full of pirates.
Skull and Bones release date
Developed by Ubisoft Singapore, Skull and Bones has been delayed several times during its release process. Originally scheduled to launch in 2018, it has since been postponed multiple times, with the latest date announced for The Game Awards 2023 being February 16, 2024. These delays were due to changes in the game’s direction and scope and the need for more development time to implement a “new vision” for the game.
