Braun and Bieber have worked together since Bieber rose to fame in the late 2000s. He then went on to work with Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Tori Kelly, Carly Rae Jepsen, J Balvin, David Guetta, Martin Garrix , Idina Menzel, Dan + Shay, Usher, etc
Braun’s large roster of artists has carved his name in the music industry. However, in 2018, his career took a big step forward when he acquired the rights to Taylor Swift’s first six albums when he purchased Big Machine Record Group. Swift criticized Braun’s shady acquisition of her masters, causing the singer to re-record the albums.

The clarification comes after Braun announced that he is retiring from music management as he will focus his time and efforts on his position as CEO of HYBE America.
