Justin Timberlake, who was recently arrested for drunk driving, may face more than just legal consequences.

Reports say his wife, Jessica Biel, is very worried about his latest incident and may be considering ending their marriage because of his history of alcoholism.
After a night of partying with friends in Sag Harbor, New York, where Timberlake was later arrested, sources said Biel, 42, was extremely upset and anxious at the same time.
“His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, his breath smelled strongly of alcohol, he was unable to concentrate, spoke slowly, walked unsteadily, and performed poorly on all standard road sobriety tests,” court papers said.

The 43-year-old pop icon’s alcohol-related misdeeds are said to have put a strain on their relationship for some time.
An insider said National Enquirer Magazine Biel is considering divorce and has consulted with lawyers, potentially seeking a settlement that could cost Timberlake as much as $270 million.
“Most of the problems they had revolved around Justin’s alcoholism and the misbehavior that arose from it,” the source claimed.
Witnesses at the American Hotel, a celebrity hangout, described Justin as clearly intoxicated before being pulled over by police for a traffic violation in his 2025 BMW, The New York Post reported.
Although Timberlake claimed to have had “one martini,” police noticed his bloodshot eyes and the smell of alcohol. He reportedly refused multiple breathalyzer tests.
According to the Daily Mail, Justin’s comment to police that “This is going to ruin the tour” highlighted the potential professional impact of the incident.

However, the police officer involved reportedly did not recognize Justin, leaving the singer even more embarrassed.
This situation is said to have exacerbated existing marital challenges.
Sources say Jessica’s patience has worn thin over the years, especially after Justin’s shocking 2019 split with co-star Alisha Wainwright and subsequent attempts to reconcile through marriage counseling.
Since neither Justin Timberlake nor Jessica Biel have commented publicly on these reports, we’re still hoping that these reports aren’t true.
