Justin Timberlake fans were initially concerned for his Madison Square Garden concert, following rows of empty seats at the venue following his DWI arrest.

An insider revealed to The Mirror that there were still empty seats until 8pm, just as the concert was about to start.

Timberlake was arrested by Sag Harbor Police Department officers on June 18.

The father of two was said to have bloodshot and glassy eyes at the time of his arrest. Police also detected an odor of alcohol coming from his breath and showed signs of impaired cognitive function, including slurred speech, unsteady legs and poor performance on various field sobriety tests .
