Justin Timberlake reportedly panicked while in custody after his arrest

Justin Timberlake was arrested and charged on June 18 after a night out with friends in New York. Recently, it was reported that the male singer panicked after being arrested by authorities, and he still insisted that he only had one drink during his detention.

According to a source who spoke to People magazine, the singer “was very nervous and stayed up all night while in custody… He insisted he only had one drink and it wasn’t a wild night out.” somewhere.”

The recent news came after the singer was arrested for DWI after drinking with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. He was detained overnight.

Based on the arrest report obtained by this agency, the musician confirmed that he only drank one martini and then immediately followed his friends home.

The NSYNC member was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two tickets for running a stop sign and failing to maintain lane.

According to the report, he refused to take the breathalyzer three times, so a field sobriety test was conducted, which he ultimately failed.

A source who spoke to Page Six revealed that the singer was cooperative throughout the arrest and had no rights.

Earlier that night, a witness told the newspaper that the singer was at one point “wasted” by taking a drink from a stranger who was going to the bathroom.

“When [the man] come back, [Timberlake] drinking his drink… The guy said, ‘Justin, that’s my drink!'” the source revealed.

In other updates about the singer, Timberlake’s court date has been set for July 26, coinciding with his concert in Kraków, Poland, as part of his Forget world tour his tomorrow.

Luckily, the musician will not have to cancel his upcoming performance as this newspaper noted that the trial will take place online and his lawyer will represent him before the judge.
