On Reddit, fans and users expressed their opinions when they saw the young singer with gray hair.
“He’s entering silver fox territory. Amazing,” one user commented.

“I’m 1 year older than him. I’m not a 1Der. But I like the salt and pepper hair. Silver fox usually means an attractive middle-aged man with mostly gray or white hair. I don’t expect his next tour to be in a nursing home,” one Redditor commented.
“I noticed that too! Love how he just has salt and pepper hair. It’s totally normal to have a few strands here and there when you’re in your early 30s, but you don’t usually see celebrities that age with their hair so casually. So it’s refreshing to see someone like Louis with his natural salt and pepper hair. Good on him!” one person praised Tomlinson.

While others were happy to see Tomlinson with his natural hair, some were shocked to see how old they looked after seeing the former teen star’s grey hair.
“Because I’m older than them and they lived after me, I always thought of them as kids. Seeing him with grey hair made me face my own mortality, it was shocking,” one fan wrote.
“Louis Tomlinson with grey hair makes me feel 500 years older,” said one person on X, formerly Twitter.
“I didn’t expect Louis Tomlinson to have grey hair. What year are we in?” another person wrote on Twitter in surprise.
Reaction to Tomlinson was not negative, and many praised him for embracing the natural process.
“Louis Tomlinson is officially a silver fox. While he hasn’t gone completely gray yet, he’s been going back and forth between brown and gray โ even with the beard on his face. At least people are appreciating this silver fox DILF,” one of Tomlinson’s fan accounts on X posted.

When he auditioned for the seventh season of X-Factor, Tomlinson was 18 years old, making him the oldest member of the group alongside Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Niall Horan. Since One Direction went on hiatus, Tomlinson has released two studio albums, Wall And Faith in the future.
