Peter Gregory Obi CON, born 19 July 1961, is a Nigerian politician and businessman. He ran as the vice presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the 2019 Nigerian general election and aspires to become president of Nigeria in the 2023 election.

He is also a presidential candidate in the 2023 Nigerian general election. He served as governor of Anambra State from 17 March 2006 to 2 November 2006, when he was impeached, and since February 9, 2007 to May 29, 2007, after his impeachment was overturned.
